1. Who We Are

School360 is operated by SEBBAK Technologies, Ghana. For school account data, the school is the data controller and we act as the data processor on the school's behalf, consistent with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

2. What We Collect

School account data: school name, admin name, phone number, email address.
School records entered by your school: student, parent and staff information (names, contact details, attendance, grades, fee records and similar).
Technical data: login times, IP address, browser type — used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use It

To provide and operate the school management service.
To send service messages — login verification codes (OTP), password resets, renewal reminders — by SMS and email.
To process subscription payments through Paystack. We never store card numbers or Mobile Money wallet credentials.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use student data for advertising.

4. Children's Data

Student records are entered and controlled by the school. Schools are responsible for obtaining any required consent from parents or guardians. We process this data only to deliver the service to the school, and access within the platform is restricted by role.

5. Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords.
Two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) for staff accounts.
Role-based access controls and per-school data isolation.
Regular backups.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform — payment processing (Paystack), SMS delivery (Hubtel), email delivery and hosting — each bound to use it solely for providing their service to us.

7. Retention & Your Rights

We keep school data for as long as the school account is active. Schools may request export or deletion of their data at any time. Individuals (parents, staff, students) should direct requests about their records to their school; we will support the school in fulfilling them.
