1. The Service
School360 is a school management platform provided by SEBBAK Technologies ("we", "us"). It lets schools manage students, staff, attendance, fees, examinations, communication and related operations. By creating a school account you agree to these terms on behalf of your institution.
2. Free Trial & Billing
- Every new school receives a 3-month free trial with full access. No payment details are required to start.
- After the trial, the service is billed per student per term at the rate shown on our website at the time of renewal. The amount is calculated from the number of students enrolled in your school at renewal.
- Payments are processed securely by Paystack (card and Mobile Money). We do not store card or wallet details.
- If a subscription is not renewed after expiry, access is suspended — your data is retained and access is restored when you renew.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your school enters and for keeping account credentials confidential.
- You confirm you have the authority (and any required consent from parents/guardians) to enter student and parent information into the platform.
- You will not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, or resell access without our written consent.
4. Our Responsibilities
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
- We take regular backups and apply appropriate security controls, including encrypted connections and role-based access.
- We provide onboarding and ongoing support at no extra cost.
5. Data Ownership
Your school's data belongs to your school. You may request an export of your data at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data after a reasonable retention period, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time — there are no lock-in contracts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the platform, after reasonable notice where appropriate.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by your school in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to your school's admin email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
